That was excellent hotel set in excellent area, adjacent to Perry's Steakhouse, good restaurants and grocery stores, and commuting back and forth from Nashville proper. The staff were wonderful and were around whole time.

The room at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Franklin Cool Springs felt cozy with a warm ambiance. I loved the big flat-screen TV and the comfy beds, perfect for a relaxing stay after a day of exploring.

This place is my top choice in the area, the rooms with both a bed and a couch are spacious and the bathroom is well-equipped, the pool area is fantastic, and there are many diverse and lovely restaurants nearby to enjoy dining outside the hotel.

During our Christmas stay at a hotel near great restaurants and shops, we enjoyed a modern and clean room with a spacious bathroom equipped with large vanity and well-lit. the luggage racks over the A/C unit are a useful feature. the pool area was immaculate, with plenty of nice chairs and towels available.

The breakfast buffet was poorly staffed and had long lines due to multiple items running out and only one person working. the bed was too firm and the linens were a bit scratchy.

The parking at Springhill Suites was a bit challenging due to limited spaces, but luckily we were able to find parking during our stay. The hotel itself is new and clean, with comfortable rooms and convenient proximity to the highway. We enjoyed being able to walk to nearby restaurants like Shake Shack and Perry's Steakhouse. The location of the hotel was excellent and the staff provided amazing service. Despite the small issues with parking and room size, overall I would recommend this hotel.

The residential/retail development around the hotel was still under construction which made parking difficult. the room was incredibly noisy.
